The bed was comfortable, the shower was strong and the internet was free. Nothing else.

It's not an hotel, it's just an apartment you rent for a few days. No new towels, no replacement of toilet paper once you've finished, no new sheets, no reception, no outside phone calls and actually no one to check out after I waited 30m for someone to come. Plus I had to wait 40m for someone to come and actually open the door for me.

It's not the Ritz, but it's in a good location. Free wifi. Air conditioning. Parking (paid) no problem. The bed is OK, there was a hair dryer, and (rare in hotels) there were enough clothes hangers...

Obviously the management is not striving after slick perfection here, it's an old building, so there's obvious shabbiness, but something might be done about the wobbly toilet bowl, the thin curtians, and the drafty window panel above the air conditio ning unit. There's no staff on site, and if there's a problem (we had forgotten to ask for the access code to the wifi) not always easily reachable by phone

Oh the best part was the fact that the keys didnt work half the time and the bed was stained and the fire alarm went off twice in one day in which the whole building was evacuated both times. There was also no hot water and the toilet was running loudly our entire stay.

Since all the hotels were full, this alternative at a decent location was ok. The fact that it had kitchen facilities was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The place was run down and in disrepair with only cosmetic maintenance. The WiFi worked intermittently and the lack of electric outlets made it hard to work on the computer. There was supposedly an office open 9-18, but there was never anybody there (it would be easy to change the sign). The saving grace was that it was cheap.

The best thing about staying here was the location, the kitchenette, and free WiFi. Museums, shopping, food, parks, and the Old City was very accessible by train and bus, or was within walking distance.

The hallways stunk very badly. I had to hold my breath when I would leave and return to the studio. The floor and towels were so filthy. There was some noisy construction going on next door and just outside at odd hours during my stay. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear the neighbors. Terrace was a bit questionable and looked unsafe. Also, limited outlets for electrical devices.

The location was pretty good for my needs and I got around fine w/o a car just walking everywhere. The kitchenette was great, I could eat breakfast and lunch at the studio and just eat out at dinner saving a lot of money right there. The bed was comfortable and it was fun having a TV. It was a safe building with a lot of long term renters living there so it was fine for my needs.

There was no front desk since it was an apartment building and I had some cell phone difficulties of my own so it made it difficult to call for assistance. The neighborhood around the hotel looks worse than it actually is. Traffic from surrounding streets makes it noisy @ times. The heat in the rooms can't be regulated but the windows open so you can cool down the room that way.

The studio was very well situated close to shops cafes buses, walkng distance from arts and shoppping areas, the studio itself was clean and comfortable equipped with a small kithche area that was basic but functional.

i was near the city centre' thats it'

The Flat was dirty, it was more like a cheap student hostel and also the heater was off most of the time, very noisy location , there is always people in and out of the building making noise in the corridors''' they have absolutely unproffessional staffs , Had to clean the flat also before leaving, sincerely i would not recomend to anyone' Get a hotel room instead you will be better off ''

It have a nice situation, nearby the city centre. And it's very bright and big. We were satisfied.

Only the location of this hotel was great since it was close to downtown and relatively close to the old city.

It is a very small one room apartment in the building that looks as rental house for the students. In the building it smells strange and it is not clean. The bed sheets do not look clean and there is not cleaning services. Moreover, you get a set of 2 towels for all days you are staying in the hotel. One day before arrving I got a e-mail that I have to clean totally the apartment before leaving and through away all garbage, otherwise I will be charged $150. My experience is that ususally you pay for the hotel that provide you the towels and cleaning services.

    Location only and nothing else

The toilet was broken and bathroom door doesn't close. We almost lock ourselves inside the bathroom. We emailed and called the agent but no action were taken until 24hrs after. How can you let guest stay in hotel with broken toilet? We didn't get room exchange either. In addition, chinese woman at the hotel was not that friendly. she said she was there to serve property management not for guest. terrible service
